Description of the Role
Turas is looking for a Business Development Manager in our Direct Hire Division. This person will be a SERVANT-LEADER, and an ELITE SELLER. They will be a HIGH-CHARACTER and HIGH-PERFORMANCE individual.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead a team to 2m in annual revenue
- Build a book of business through outside sales(cold-calling, meetings, events, networking)
- Lead a recruiting team of Direct Hire Recruiters
- Manage budget and steward financial performance for the unit

- 5+ years experience in Outside Sales in the Staffing Industry
- 1-3 years of people management and/or branch management
- Previous responsibility for $1,000,000+ of revenue from clients

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Staffing / Recruiting: 5 years (Preferred)
