Job Description
Summary: The Renewal Sales Associate is responsible for contacting customers regarding expiring product support contracts and coordinating the sale of that related renewal via the CRM from quote to order through an approved Channel Partner.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leverages CRM dashboards, reports, and performs Install base research to identify prospects for renewals.
- Generates interest in renewing support with end users via, email, OutReach sequences, and occasionally by phone
- Manages a sales territory and all sales activity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, updating the opportunity throughout the communication and sales process to ensure progress is accurately reflected.
- Updates key account and end user information within Microsoft Dynamics to assist in the furtherance of sales development.
- Responds to customer and Channel Partner requests by generating quotes that reflect all data needed to respond with a purchase order.
- Coordinates with Order Management to revise quotes, and works with the channel partner to resolve purchase order discrepancies
- Understands AllyCare support features and value proposition for each product offering and related terms and conditions
- Coordinates with the territory Inside Sales Representatives, and Territory Sales Representatives on complex support contracts, and large dollar orders.
- Supports corporate initiatives and projects as delegated
Education & Experience Preferred:
- Strong business acumen, with a thorough knowledge and understanding of general business management as normally obtained through 3-5 years inside sales or sales support experience, and/or a 2-4 year degree in a related field of study
- General computer knowledge, with Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
Required Skills:
- 1 – 2 years inside sales or sales support experience
- Experience managing sales activity in a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of common sales communication techniques used to engage customers.
- Attention to detail, with exhibited experience in complex problem solving.
- Resourceful, with the ability to be proactive and self-directed
- Decision-making, and organization skills required.
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks, utilizing good time management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.50 per hour
