The main object and purpose of the Inside Sales Representative is to build lasting relationships with customers and collaborate on developing business markets. You will have the chance to evolve in an organization where collaboration and customer satisfaction are the core of our business.Listens actively to customers to advise them on products, prices and availability in order to satisfy their needs. Answers technical questions.
Receives and processes customer orders (phone, email in, fax, etc)
Prepares quotations and standard tender requests.
Performs phone “cold-calls” for network customers and “blitz” in some market segments.
Does post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Organizes the display of products in the store
Use your welding knowledge and experience to deliver products to our customers, and help them find the right supplies for their projects and business needs

Are you a MATCH?
2 to 5 years of industry experience, customer service or sales of welding or industrial products
Knowledge of welding processes and products is an asset but not mandatory
Good knowledge of computer systems and google suite
Secondary diploma
A positive attitude and customer service focus
Forklift experience would be an asset
Ability to lift 50lbs
