**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights for decision-making
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in food industry
- Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Vietnamese, Chinese is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Experience in outside sales and account management is preferred
