Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct telemarketing and sales calls to potential customers
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Identify new sales opportunities and pursue leads to expand the customer base
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively promote products or services
- Assist in business development activities to drive company growth
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly

Skills: construction experience preferred
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or technology sales
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish language proficiency is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Demonstrated success in inside sales or telemarketing roles
- Proficiency in market analysis and understanding customer needs
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,371.21-$103,439.62 per year
