Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Market and negotiate sales of products or services
- Utilize technology sales tools effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to meet sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or a related field
- Strong proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.30 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week

- Evening shift

- Weekends only
