Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and initiating contact with potential customers. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify target markets, develop outreach strategies, and engage with prospects through various channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets
  • Utilize various outreach methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads to determine their level of interest and readiness to engage with our sales team
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective messaging and sales materials
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience with sales prospecting tools and techniques is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Technical sales experience is preferred but not required
