Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced Inside Sales Rep to join our moving company. THIS IS A COMMISSION DRIVEN SALES POSITION. Candidate must have a commissioned sales mentality, self-starter, and can close warm and cold leads. A strong work ethic, computer efficiency, and a positive attitude is required for this position. The ideal candidate is coachable, reliable, persistent, organized, problem solver, and can apply learned skills and methods quickly. Your earnings will be reflective of your effort and dedication. Uncapped commission.

Due to the nature of the moving industry and customer availability, this position requires the ability to alternate these rotating work schedules: Weekdays 9AM-6:00PM; 10AM - 7PM; 11AM-8PM; and including Saturdays 10AM- 4PM during peak season May through September.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Convert warm leads into sales via phone calls, referrals, and networking
  • Generate cold leads through individual relationship building & referrals
  • Inform customers about our services with proficiency using CRM software
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Capacity to handle rejection, follow-through, and persistence in pursuit of sales objectives.
  • Effectively address customer concerns, overcome objections, and showcase the value of our services.
  • Collaborate with the operations to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of sales experience and Spanish Speaking Preferred
  • 1 + years knowledge of residential moving or similar service industry preferred
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and positive demeanor
  • Strong negotiator who can sell to differentiate our services with confidence
  • Increase profitability of the sale by selling products and upgrade services
  • Strong persuasion, follow-up, and closing skills
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work independently and can thrive in a small business setting
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize sales strategies team goals.
  • Willingness to adhere to the above job schedule
  • Must be punctual with reliable transportation to and from work daily
  • Full background check required

This is a commission driven sales position and not an hourly position. Compensation is a direct reflection of your commitment and hard work. Initial base of $500.00 weekly during first month training. $300 weekly after. Uncapped commission and unlimited earning potential. Earn an average of 500.00 to $1,800.00 weekly based on your individual effort!

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
