Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products or services
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to maximize sales revenue
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or software sales role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to confidently make outbound calls and engage potential customers
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
- Ability to understand market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and maximize sales revenue
