Duties
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets
- Engage in warm calling to introduce products/services and generate sales opportunities
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective customers

- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships
- Utilize Slack, Trello, or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and update customer information
- Assist in business development efforts to expand the customer base
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Passion for sales and eagerness to learn and develop sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Technical sales knowledge is advantageous but not required
