Qualifications:

  • Innate Persuasion Skills: Your ability to persuade and negotiate will set the foundation for success in generating valuable leads for our roofing sales team.
  • Exceptional Verbal Communication: Your daily engagement with homeowners in the field requires clear and compelling communication.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Your knack for building relationships will not only foster connections but also lead to more referrals in neighborhoods.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Your adaptability and resiliency will be vital in canvassing neighborhoods after severe storm damage.
  • No Sales Experience Required: Eager to learn? Perfect! We offer a comprehensive two-week training program designed to mold you into a roofing sales professional, drawing on the rich experience and mentorship from our founder, Peter Svedin.

Salary Information:

Training Pay: $20.00 per hour. Earning Potential: $30.00 - $70.00 per hour, includes base pay and bonus for achieving or exceeding goals.
