Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the online sales and presence of our company. If you have a passion for e-commerce and a strong background in digital marketing, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Plan and implement e-commerce operation plans.
- Analyze daily marketing data and promotion effectiveness, optimize conversion rates.
- Develop feasible pricing strategies for products, compile data models.
- Collaborate across departments: Coordinate with internal inventory and allocation of goods according to plan requirements.
- Complete tasks assigned by superiors.
Experience:
- College degree or above, fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in online sales operations, familiar with Tiktok, Xiaohongshu, Amazon operations, with a better understanding of Japanese cosmetics products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, skilled in Excel spreadsheet creation, Photoshop skills are a plus.
- Proactive, enterprising, and responsible attitude towards work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
