Fintech Business Development Manager
Full Time- On site
Sunnyvale, CA
Salary Bracket: $50/hr - $55/hr

Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish - "Proficiency in Spanish is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in Mexico."

Job Description:

· Cooperation w/ digital wallets. Expand digital wallet partnerships for group companies of the company in the Mexico region. Develop and manage relationships with/ local/ regional/ international digital wallets and payment facilitators (payment gateway, 3rd party payment company, card scheme, bank, OTC, and other alternative payment channels).

· Lead Strategic Partnership Development and Strategic Partnership Management with digital wallets Source, negotiate, and close new strategic partnerships

· Cultivate highly effective, deep relationships with key partners with a focus on strategic growth opportunities Provide actionable insights to shape product and partnerships, and drive impactful collaboration with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, marketing, and operations to develop and execute a business strategy

· Cooperation w/ US Banks. Develop and manage partnerships with/ local and global banks to enhance the company's service capacity. Reach out to partnering banks for fund settlement, FX quotation/conversion, liquidity management, and x-border solutions.

· Enhance relationships with/ local regulators and promote inclusive financing in the region. From time to time, enter company campaign to coordinate overall FI cooperation in the project.

· Strong recognition of the company's vision of financial inclusion

Qualifications:

· More than 5 years of working experience, 3 years of which in FI or digital payment. Working experience in 3rd party payment company/ payment solution in an e-commerce platform/ cards scheme/ bank’s payment solution department (payment or merchant acquiring) is preferred.

· In-depth understanding of local regulation and compliance regarding payment business and x-border fund movement in the region.

· Able to work under pressure, and rapidly respond to change.

· High frequent travel to mexico is required

Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
