Position Overview:
The Sales professional is expected to evaluate the market, identify opportunities, develop business relationships, and help our clients accomplish their objectives. This position is a key role early in the sales process which requires focused market evaluation of appropriate opportunities where Corporate Environments can add value to the customer. This critical role will leverage new and existing relationships to identify strategic opportunities that will drive revenue growth and increase CE’s revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidates’ focus will be to drive revenue by chasing, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new strategic opportunities.
Establish professional, supportive, strategic and consultative relationships with prospective clients up to and including C-Suite level decision makers to negotiate and close large and complex deals.
Lead stakeholders and key influencers through presentations of the architectural construction process
Forge partnerships and new connections through networking with existing and prospective clients
Maintain knowledge of competitors to identify opportunities that will strategically position CE/DIRTT to increase market share.
Provide support, feedback, and input to the internal sales team to tailor solutions to the client’s needs and build the pipeline for significant sale opportunities.
Gain expert-level knowledge of DIRTT’s solutions and leveraging this to create unique and compelling experiences for clients, from initial education through final walkthrough

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architectural Design Required
Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in Interior Architecture or a related field Required
Proficiency in MS Project, and CRM Tools Required
Strong understanding of design assist and prefabrication processes Required
Excellent risk management, negotiating, organizational, and problem-solving skills Required
Advanced communication abilities, both verbal and written Required
Proficient in understanding/ reading construction documents Required
Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership Preferred
LEED and Well Building certifications Preferred
Experience with estimator software, such as Bluebeam Preferred
Proven sales ability with knowledge of business practices Preferred
Additional experience in design-build process and offsite construction methods Preferred
AutoCAD/ ICE experience Preferred
