We are growing and we have one open position on our Customer Success Team!We are a small business that provides sales training solutions for large B2B companies globally. We leverage consulting, sales training, software, coaching, and assessments. We have a prestigious client list, including the largest high-tech consulting companies in the world. We are a team that strives for excellence, yet maintains a healthy family/work-life balance. We expect employees to work in the office 1 day a week and can work from home the other days. There may be additional requirements to work in the office during onboarding/training, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
The Client Support and Implementation Specialist role is a resource dedicated to supporting salespeople and client accounts in the implementation of our offerings. This position is responsible for developing the roll-out plan, writing contracts, managing the logistics, nurturing relationships with clients, and looking for opportunities to increase revenues. This role manages the process from contract to invoice.
The ideal candidate has prior experience managing client contracts, maintaining relationships with clients, is comfortable in guiding internal and external stakeholders in the details of the client implementation and managing the systems that support them.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery Management and Implementation
- Adjust client proposals, implementation plans, and standard contracts to match the sales needs of each assigned account.
- Estimate costs for project implementations based upon corporate pricing models.
- Work quickly, but accurately to respond to client needs and ensure they have a positive buying experience.
- Identify additional sales opportunities and recommend ways to help clients achieve their revenue goals.
- Develop a standard project plan to support a client roll-out.
- Provide a supportive client implementation experience by leading regular project check-ins with stakeholders, communicating assessed risks to project success, and engaging the client in pre-implementation and post-delivery support.
- Communicate the project timelines and important deadlines to both the client implementation team and assigned Revenue Storm consultants.
- Communicate client’s virtual and in-person project plan and logistics with internal teams.
- Manage projects to achieve client contract objectives, including submitting invoice request forms.
- Team with salespeople to support contract management and implementation for new logos and existing clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of sales support experience
- 2+ years customer service or project management
- Experience with quoting and proposal creation is required.
- Customer-facing/sales-adjacent experience is required.
- Contracting/SOWs experience is desired.
- Invoicing experience desired.
- Prior experience working for a small company is desired.
- Strong technology skills, Salesforce.com, MS Office suite, including Excel.
