Job Description:

We are seeking two dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. This is an on-site position at our Fort Pierce, Florida office. This role is tailored for individuals with a strong passion for selling and a deep love for boating. The ideal candidates will have experience in sales, CRM and lead management systems, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to connect with customers over the phone, guiding them through the buying journey with enthusiasm and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively engage with customers via phone to promote and sell Twin Vee PowerCats and AquaSport boats.

· Clearly articulate the unique features and benefits of our boats, emphasizing their superior ride and performance.

· Drive sales through our Pro Direct online platform, converting leads into sales with a consultative approach.

· Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, especially those interested in saltwater fishing, inland waters, and family boating, to offer tailored recommendations.

· Maintain a robust sales pipeline, follow up with potential customers, and provide excellent post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Proven sales experience, preferably in the boating or recreational marine industry.

· Experience utilizing CRM and lead generation systems to drive sales.

· Strong communication and articulation skills, with a persuasive and engaging personality.

· Self-motivated, highly driven, and passionate about achieving sales goals.

· Genuine passion for saltwater fishing, inland waters, and family boating.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented sales environment.

This is a full-time position in Fort Pierce, FL. The salary for this role ranges from $30,000 to $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a high percentage sales commission that allows sales professionals to earn six figures annually.
