KP Staffing is recruiting for our sales team in the Carrollton area!
Pay ranges from $45,000 - $55,000 (DOE)
Commissions paid out weekly!
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for interacting face to face with potential clients, informing them on your industry knowledge to make an impression.
Following up with potential clients in your assigned territory. You will maintain connections between a variety of clients to make sales consistently.
Responsibilities
- "Get the sale" using various sales methods (Business-to-business, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Achieve your sales targets by hitting weekly goals
Skills and Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Software proficiency working with a CRM system
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and driven
