Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to conduct effective product demonstrations. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation and account management within your designated territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs and market trends.
- Provide feedback on market conditions, competition, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in HVAC sales.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed for client meetings and events.
- A background in inside sales or territory sales is advantageous but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
