Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in promoting and selling our premium windows and doors to potential customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who excel in sales and have a strong background in customer service.

The standard work schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Engage with potential customers to grasp their needs and highlight the advantages of our windows and doors.

· Exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities and closing deals.

· Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with the sales team to devise strategies for business growth and market expansion.

· Utilize CRM technology to track leads, manage customer data, and generate insightful reports.

· Employ various marketing channels, including telemarketing, email campaigns, and social media, to promote our products.

Skills:

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in the windows and doors industry.

· A solid foundation in customer service is essential for this role as you will be interacting with clients on a regular basis.

· Adept at identifying opportunities, overcoming challenges, and finding innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

· Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Proficiency in using Fenestratio or similar CRM software for lead management and reporting.

· Strong aptitude for business development, adept at identifying new opportunities.

· Solid telemarketing skills with a knack for engaging customers over the phone.

· A valid Class 5 driver's license is a mandatory requirement for this role.

· Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.

Note: This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, where your earnings will be tied to your sales performance. The more successful you are at selling our products, the higher your commission payouts will be.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
