What You’ll Do
But enough about us, are you a self-motivated seller looking to maximize your earning potential? As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with enterprise-level clients.
- You will have the opportunity to sell to enterprise brands with the solutions to modernize their businesses and transform their spend visibility and analytics. This is a high-impact role that requires strong sales skills, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Utilize your prospecting strengths as well as the tools provided to you to accelerate the flow of your pipeline and exceed your pipeline development goals and bookings quota annually.
- Build relationships with key executives and decision-makers within accounts, notably with Director+ level executives within Finance, Procurement and Sourcing.
- Use your extensive knowledge of the business and market trends to influence your sales strategy and better assist your clients.
- Listen to and fully diagnose the client’s needs to prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations tailored to their requirements based on your knowledge of our product.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas by closing deals and expanding revenue.
- Track and report on sales pipeline and performance metrics using CRM software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers and customer success managers, to ensure successful client onboarding and implementation.
Who You Are
- A top-performing seller with a track record of 5-8 years selling enterprise SaaS solutions to financial stakeholders ideally with focus in procurement, in addition to an average deal size of $50K; Procurement experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in executing a disciplined and process-driven approach to sales as well as acquiring new customers and exceeding sales goals.
- Passionate for understanding technology and customer success stories with a deep understanding of what characterizes consultative selling. Somebody equally matched by a passion for understanding prospective customers’ executive priorities, challenges, and goals.
- A dynamic thinker who maintains a hunger to learn but will take the extra steps to find the answers to their questions by themselves first. Able to showcase a learn-it-all mindset vs. a know-it-all mindset.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to present comfortably to senior executives both in person and virtually.
- Prior experience working in an entrepreneurial organization where your independent work was showcased while maintaining the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- A flexible and resilient individual who can turn unpredictability into opportunity as an adaptive problem-solver.
