Junior Salesperson – Beauty Industry
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Are you ready to kickstart a career in sales with a growing beauty brand? We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Junior Salesperson to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. This role offers a unique opportunity to connect with beauty retailers, e-commerce retailers, and wholesalers across the state and nation.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively reach out to beauty retailers, online retailers, and wholesalers.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential leads.
- Research and find leads through company websites and social media platforms.
- Reach out by phone and email to engage potential clients and gather relevant contact information.
- Pass qualified leads to senior sales representatives to secure partnerships.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly base pay plus commission for each qualified lead passed to a senior.
- On Target Earnings (OTE): $50,000 annually, based on achieving an average of 12 qualified leads per week.
Qualifications:
- Beauty industry experience is preferred but not essential – attitude and a proactive approach are the main determiners of success in this role.
- Confidence with using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and conducting online research.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, persistent approach to outreach.

Pay: $43,763.54 - $52,704.48 per year
