Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and facilitating solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that projects align with business objectives.
Duties
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI for data visualization and reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Engage in Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Work with linked data technologies to enhance data integration and accessibility across platforms.
- Employ programming languages such as R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by assisting in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
- Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems or processes.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating insightful reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience with linked data concepts and technologies.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Talend or similar ETL tools is a plus.

Pay: $87,763.91 - $105,694.17 per year
