Refreshment Services Pepsi is seeking a Full-Time Account Sales Representative to be part of our team that provides sales and service to our customers in a 5-county region (Leon, Wakulla, Gadsen, Liberty and Franklin). Duties & responsibilities:
Support RSI goals to grow volume and revenue faster than the competition and the annual objectives while controlling cost through increased productivity.
- Drive company vehicles to make regular sales calls at current customer locations to increase sales, negotiate better product placement, obtain orders on new related products, and ensure service satisfaction.
- Communicate/Develop relationships with owners, managers, and key position holders at each customer location.
- Merchandise accounts, check stock levels and utilization of POP. Ensure all product dates are within the company’s allowable standards.
- Create and send orders for customer’s daily to warehouse for processing.
- Utilize sales reporting system to increase the customer & company profitability.
- Identify and solicit all lost, inactive, or potential new accounts on your assigned route.
- Communicate any customer service or delivery issues to the Sales Manager.
- Effective communication and working relationships with internal teams.
- Estimate and coordinate the pickup of all breakage, saleable product returns and shells.
- Determine POP needed for each site. Create POP and provide to appropriate route driver for delivery to customer location.
- Attend regularly scheduled sales meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license. Motor Vehicle Record must show no more moving violations than are allowed by our Driver’s license policy.
- 2 years of previous proven sales experience.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
