Job Description
Responsibilities: Overall responsible for North America market expansion and customer development Understand customer decision making process, and work with key stakeholders to ensure design wins Coordinate with product development and tech support team to deliver seamless solutions to customers Collaborates with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve cost, product quality, delivery, and performance concerns on existing and new opportunities Conducts competitive research, identify growth opportunities in the market, collaborate with technical and marketing team to evaluate emerging markets, assess market trends and opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic accounts in order to grow brand awareness, gain knowledge of future products and customer needs, capture new design opportunities and grow new program/project pipelines Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or business 10+ years of sales, key account management or business development experience preferred Experience with module products or optical components is a big plus Results driven, ability to work independently and in a team/matrix environment Demonstrated success in breaking in and scaling new business Strong communication and excellent presentation skills Functional fluency in English and MandarinMarketing
