AERO-SPACE Fasteners and Electronics is an AS9120 certified and factory authorized distributor of custom mechanical hardware, fasteners, connectors, mil-spec products, cable assemblies and more. We distribute for several leading industry manufacturers and have been in business since 1963. We have built our reputation by providing the highest level of customer service and continue to grow and provide our customers with products and services that benefit their business. We are growing our team and have Inside Sales Representative positions open for hire.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating profitable sales growth in an assigned account base/territory. This person will develop new and existing accounts by providing industry leading customer service, and becoming a trusted resource for our customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

FINANCIAL:

- Achieve the individual assigned sales objectives for top and bottom line

PERSONNEL:

- Pursue professional development through seminars, product training and related education. Become an expert in all key lines we distribute.

- Maintain professional decorum and conduct.

- Develop and maintain personal relationships with customers.

- Must have the highest character evidenced by sincere, honest and ethical behavior.

- High degree of self-discipline and motivation, including organizational skills, persistence and leadership.

OPERATIONS:

- Understand the Aero-Space Quality Policy and apply it to all job duties.

- Display effective handling and resolution of customers requests and inquiries.

- Call on customers to sell products and provide services.

-Record sales orders into the ERP/operating system in an accurate and timely manner.

- Work with Field Sales to present customer quotations in a timely manner.

- Update customer account profiles in CRM.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma with three to five years of sales experience, or a four year college degree in business/marketing.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The individual must possess, at a minimum, the following abilities:

- Dependability (8 hours - daily)

- The ability to see and hear, the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and concise manner, and the ability to read and write.

- Interpersonal skills required to function both independently and as a team player.

- Understanding of basic Computer Functions and Software essential to job functions, such as: MS- excel, word, outlook, and a willingness and ability to learn additional as required for job functions.

- Time management.
