```Job Summary```
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Their duties will include conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts with potential clients, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. It is essential for Sales Representatives to represent the business in a positive manner and ensure recurring business. They will also assist customers with product choices, provide information about products, and resolve customer complaints. Sales Representatives will work closely with customers and need to be effective in resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will provide product knowledge, including features, warranties, and any special discounts or deals.

```Responsibilities```
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present product information to clients in a clear and persuasive manner
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently
- Experience in account management or business development is a plus
- Warm calling experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $36,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 1 year (required)
