As our Client Account Representative/Office Assistant, you'll be the friendly face of our office, the first point of contact for our valued clients, and a crucial part of maintaining and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Be the welcoming face of our office. Build rapport with clients by providing top-notch administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and ensuring the office is organized and client-ready.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.
- CRM Management: Keep our client data accurate and up-to-date.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of office and cleaning supplies.
- Inbound Sales Calls: Respond to potential customer inquiries, helping them understand our products/services.
- Attentive Listening/Negotiation: Tailor solutions to meet client needs, ensuring positive outcomes that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate marketing opportunities to boost Cleaner Living’s visibility and sales growth.
- Sales Event Coordination: Identify community events for promotion, organize participation, and support events alongside the company owner.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication: Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Positive and Outgoing Personality: An outgoing, confident demeanor.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer applications.

- Customer-Centric: Experience in customer service or sales preferred (e.g., retail, hospitality).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree or coursework in marketing, business, or sales is a plus.
