Business Development/Sales Specialist – Construction & Renovation
Location: Centennial, CO (with operations in KS, AZ, TX, WA, OR, and FL)

We are seeking a Business Development/Sales Specialist to join our leadership team and drive the growth of our commercial construction/renovation division—Global Construction. This role will directly report to the Business Development Director and play a key part in expanding our presence across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and cultivate new commercial construction/renovation opportunities in target markets.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term success.
- Contract Acquisition: Secure new contracts through strategic outreach and negotiations.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to create strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Ongoing Client Support: Ensure continuous support for existing clients and foster long-term partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in commercial construction/renovation).
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the commercial construction and renovation industry.
- Self-Starter: Motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Research Skills: Ability to identify and analyze new business opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
OTE: Up to $240,000 (based on performance)
Commission: 1% on team sales
