Reports to: Operations Manager

Position Overview:

Professional Security guard Inc is looking for an organized sales and marketing manager to assist in the advertising and selling of SECURITY services and to create competitive advantages for PROFESSIONAL SECURITY GUARD, INC. in the market industry. The sales and marketing manager's responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. The sales and marketing manager represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase SERVICE awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. The sales and marketing manager should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales operational goals by Developing field sales action plans and strategy.

The sales and marketing manager will be tasked with researching and developing different marketing opportunities plans and implementing new sales plans for increasing sales and Manage relationships with Clients and referral sources.

The sales and marketing manager will have to work closely with other managers to ensure the company runs smoothly. Gather, investigate, and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports.

Sales & Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

· The primary task is to develop an overall sales and marketing strategy. A process to identify the target customers /clients.

· Develop a selecting marketing tool and setting for the long and short-term goals to clearly explain and enable PSG Inc to achieve the level.

· Plan and manage marketing campaigns review the benefits of different advertising techniques and determine which ones would be most effective.

· Monitor marketing and sales success using data collection techniques, software, and platforms to measure success.

· Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.

· Establishes and adjusts prices by monitoring costs, competition, and market rates.

· Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Sales & Marketing Manager Requirements and Qualifications

· Proven experience as a marketing/sales representative

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Strong intrapersonal skills

· Familiarity with data analysis and reporting

· Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing

· Proven ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure preferred.

At least 3-4 years of face-to-face consumer sales/marketing experience
