Field Application Specialist - USA

Our mission is to enhance safety, productivity, and efficiency on construction sites, and we're seeking a dynamic Field Application Specialist to bolster our customer success team in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the company representative at customer sites, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Educate customers on our innovative product, conveying its key features and value proposition effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist with installations at customer sites.
• Provide comprehensive training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal support and service teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate technical issues and bugs to the company's R&D team for resolution.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives by sharing insights and feedback from the field.
• Maintain accurate records and update the company's CRM database regularly.

Experience and Skills:

• Background in the construction industry, with a focus on excavation operations or operational processes.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in implementing technology systems.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders across the customer value chain.
• Basic technical proficiency and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively, with at least 50% of time spent in the field.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems autonomously.
• Experience working with international teams is advantageous.
• Prior experience with tech startups or Israeli vendors is a plus.
• Familiarity with radar systems operation and engineering degrees are advantageous.
• Knowledge or experience in underground utility surveying, such as GPR, is a plus.
• Additional proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

Location:

• US. Texas or vicinity - an advantage.
• Preferably near a major airport..
• Home office setup when not traveling.
• Extensive travel within the US, with occasional trips to Israel as required.

Reporting Structure:

• Reports to Customer Success Manager and VP of Sales and Marketing.
