Our mission is to enhance safety, productivity, and efficiency on construction sites, and we're seeking a dynamic Field Application Specialist to bolster our customer success team in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the company representative at customer sites, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Educate customers on our innovative product, conveying its key features and value proposition effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist with installations at customer sites.
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal support and service teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate technical issues and bugs to the company's R&D team for resolution.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives by sharing insights and feedback from the field.
- Maintain accurate records and update the company's CRM database regularly.
Experience and Skills:
- Background in the construction industry, with a focus on excavation operations or operational processes.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in implementing technology systems.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders across the customer value chain.
- Basic technical proficiency and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively, with at least 50% of time spent in the field.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems autonomously.
- Experience working with international teams is advantageous.
- Prior experience with tech startups or Israeli vendors is a plus.
- Familiarity with radar systems operation and engineering degrees are advantageous.
- Knowledge or experience in underground utility surveying, such as GPR, is a plus.
- Additional proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
Location:
- US. Texas or vicinity - an advantage.
- Preferably near a major airport..
- Home office setup when not traveling.
- Extensive travel within the US, with occasional trips to Israel as required.
Reporting Structure:
- Reports to Customer Success Manager and VP of Sales and Marketing.
