Responsibilities and Duties
- Sales and Account Development: Proactively solicit and cultivate sales for our diverse portfolio to customers through direct contact and targeted prospecting.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales plans, special promotions, and marketing strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Customer Service & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and ongoing support.
- Self-Motivation and Time Management: Manage your own schedule, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently to meet your goals.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions while keeping organized in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience is highly preferred; wine and spirits industry experience is a plus.
- Relationship Builder: Proven ability to establish rapport with customers and represent our premium portfolio with passion and integrity.
- Self-Disciplined: Highly motivated and organized individual, able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and transport materials when necessary.
- Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle: Must have a valid UT driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
