Responsibilities
- Generate Leads & Close Sales for Subscriptions on our website by cold-calling, making scheduled appointments, and attending expos. Monthly sales targets must be met.
- Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Formulate and execute comprehensive growth strategies to facilitate the acquisition of new clients.
- Implement Strategies to attract potential clients. Utilize a multi-channel approach to engage with target audiences.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with companies to generate qualified leads. Collaborate with business brokers and agencies to expand the network.
- Broker Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with brokers to facilitate lead generation. Provide brokers with the necessary tools and information to effectively market opportunities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Measure the success of initiatives using data analytics. Prepare reports on key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and present updates to the leadership team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, cold calling, or a related field.
- Understanding of business expansion models or B2B sales is an asset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
