Pinnacle Staffing is looking to fill two (2) immediate opening Direct Hire roles for a Inside Sales Representatives for our clients Software Company located in Orlando, FL. 32811

  • Job Title: Inside Sales Representatives
  • Location: Orlando
  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Commission: Uncapped commission (details discussed during the interview)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:45 AM-5:15PM
  • Type: Direct Hire

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Client's Orlando, FL-based software company, specializing in sales automation solutions. This is a dynamic office-based role that focuses on managing leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals, with no fieldwork involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively follow up with leads generated from websites, tradeshows, and other sources.
  • Schedule and manage virtual meetings, including Teams video calls and calendar invites.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Drive sales by building strong relationships and closing deals over the phone or online.
  • Process new customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to prepare emails, presentations, and schedules.
  • Leverage CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer data.
  • Engage in outbound phone calls and email communication to follow up with prospects and clients.
  • Maintain a professional and consultative approach to uncover client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with a team in an organic, fast-paced, and office-based environment.
  • Monitor and utilize social media platforms and email marketing tools to engage with potential leads.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional office experience, preferably with CRM usage.
  • SAAS experience (Software As A Service)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with email marketing tools.
  • Comfortable making outbound phone calls and maintaining email communication with a professional tone.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Analytical and organized with excellent scheduling and follow-up capabilities.
  • Quick adaptability to technology and comfort working in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
  • Experience closing sales by phone and online, serving business clients.
  • College degree preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

  • This position is fully office-based in Orlando, FL.
  • Less than 5% travel.
  • Collaborative and dynamic workspace requiring teamwork and adaptability.
