Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating CNC machines
- Generate programs from supplied drawings and tooling layout
- Overseeing CNC process and other operators, providing guidance to junior staff
- Learn new technologies and methods
- Meet production deadlines and optimize production processes
- Work with other team members, including engineers, supervisors, and operators
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Must have over 6 years of experience as a CNC operator/programmer
- Leadership skill set is a bonus
