Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through new client acquisition and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Previous experience in outside sales in Palm Beach, Broward or Miami-Dade counties for diagnostic laboratory services, DME or pharmaceuticals are required.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to provide excellent customer service
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities

Skills:

- Proven experience in account management, business development, and outside sales in Palm Beach, Broward or Miami-Dade counties for diagnostic laboratory services, DME or pharmaceuticals are required.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and negotiate deals
- Strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members
- Familiarity with warm calling techniques to engage potential clients
- Experience in technology sales is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
