Job Description

OrthoCor Medical's mission is to improve patient quality-of-life through the development and delivery of drug-free, noninvasive, and mobile medical devices that alleviate pain, restore physical function and contribute to an active lifestyle.

We are currently seeking candidates to join our team in the following territories and their surrounding areas: Florida, Northwest region of Illinois, Southern region of New Jersey, and the Pacific Northwest region of Oregon.

The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with physicians and physician practices in the Orthopedic, Neuro and Pain Management market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory in order to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Identify potential customers within the territory and develop relationships with them in order to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Effectively communicate product or service benefits to potential customers through presentations, proposals, and other sales methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and customer feedback in order to improve sales processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as other internal teams such as marketing and product development, to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Continuously research and gather market intelligence in order to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential customers and promote the company's products or services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field is preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience within medical devices calling on physician practices.
  • Preferred experience in the orthopedic or pain management field with DME.
  • Preferred experience with VAMC and/or Worker’s Compensation market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Medical knowledge and the ability to understand and prioritize technical information
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • This role requires daily travel within the territory.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Additional Requirements

  • Employees and new hires in sales and field roles that require access to customer accounts as a function of the job may be required, depending on customer requirements, to obtain the COVID-19 vaccination as an essential function of their role
  • Travel up to 75%.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year + generous commission package. Potential of $150,000+ per year with full package!

  • Position is eligible for company stock options.
