Position Overview
This position sells digital and print advertising to small and medium-sized businesses which will drive account profitability and revenue for churches and other non-profit organizations.
What you will be doing
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various methods and platforms.
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to local and regional businesses.
- Qualify leads, assess potential, and create urgency to close sales.
- Build relationships with prospects and present advertising solutions tailored to their needs.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Manage sales pipelines, prioritize tasks, and achieve daily/weekly goals.
- Process accurate sales orders and ensure ad content is delivered seamlessly.
- Collect and submit customer payments.
- Stay informed about current promotions, deadlines, and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
What you bring to the table
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Positive, professional, and energetic phone presence along with listening skills
- Confident self-starter with successful track record of achieving sales results
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong sales skills applicable to short cycle and one-call close environment including prospecting and qualifying leads, needs assessment, sales presentation, handling objections, and closing sales

- Base Salary: $36,400 base + uncapped commission with expected yearly earnings being between $55,000 and $65,000
