Overview:
Responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing communications functions in accordance with the company’s marketing plans. Maintains corporate website and all projects related to the web including content management system and facilitate the creation of reports that gauge the success of all the marketing related initiatives. DTC - Responsible for generating brand awareness, implementing online marketing strategies, and generating higher traffic numbers and coordinating with the sales and marketing team to promote new and existing company products or services. Responsible for introducing a new product or enhancing an existing product by communicating the product’s value to the consumer. Manage the company’s online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service, and managing projects and campaigns.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute product positioning, messaging, and drive go-to-market strategies to support sales activities.
- Conduct ongoing market intelligence to optimize product offerings and competitiveness in the healthcare arena.
- Guide corporate advertising and public relations activities with the goal of maximizing visibility and brand awareness.
- Oversee the development of creative assets and marketing collateral including videos, blogs, webinars, and print materials.
- Brand/Identity Ensure that all communications from the company adhere to company brand guidelines.
- New Product Development: Manage the launch and cross-functional implementation of new product lines.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. ; develop new lifecycle marketing strategy that produces greater customer engagement, retention, product value, and increase revenue; identify growth and product improvement opportunities to enhance sustaining product lines; develop new external communication workflows.
- Website Management: Maintain corporate website and all projects related to the web including content management system, streamline functionality and processes; manage Clinician Access Center database; troubleshoot issues; collaborate with agency to develop new user interface (UI) and functionality.
- Data Management: Facilitate the creation of reports that gauge the success of all sales & marketing related initiatives. Such as Lead generation and ROI on marketing initiatives (SB, trade shows, webinars); Market strategy results, identifying sales growth and areas of improvement.
- Understanding of doctor/patient dynamic.
- Meeting with the sales and marketing team to discuss digital marketing strategies.
- Designing and implementing online marketing strategies across all digital platforms.
- Managing the company’s social media platform and web advertising.
- Developing social media strategies.
- Identifying the latest trends and technology within the industry.
- Analyzing site traffic including click navigation, shopping patterns, and purchase conversion.
- Monitoring and maintaining the marketing budget.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Job Specifications
- Four-year degree within one for the following concentrations, Business and/or Marketing required.
- Background in healthcare preferred.
- A strategic, innovative, and creative product marketing professional with a strong desire to contribute ideas and strategies to further product and marketing demand.
- Proficient with design programs including Adobe CC.
- Strong PC skills, including intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong emphasis as a team player that thrives in a team environment and presents themselves in a polished professional manner.
- Ability to work in a changing team environment, as well as independently, with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills, must be able to multi-task, handle multiple priorities and changes in priorities with professional demeanor.
- Must have excellent employee communication skills and customer relations skills. Must be able to deal with sensitive issues effectively, maintaining confidentiality and good relationships both in the office and with employees across the company.
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with people at different levels within the organization.
- Ability to assume responsibility for personal decisions, actions, and results.
- Must be flexible and willing to work in areas and on problems that may not normally be part of the position but required for the efficient operation of the business. Must be resourceful in resolving problems.
