JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for participating in the management of the ingredient sales orders for OSI. Mostly all of our fulfillment orders are either email requests, or online orders. We also would like to grow our Ingredients customer base and the Fulfillment Associate would coordinate those efforts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

-- 50%: Manage the Ingredient fulfillment business of organic herbs and spices within the existing customer base and orders, fulfill generated orders from sales activities including trade shows, e-mails, Marketing e-mails, phone calls, promotions, and face to face meetings.

- Manage daily order needs, from email/phone interactions to identify needs, sending appropriate documentation, and providing sample requests.

- High level of interaction with other CS members, Warehouse Team, and Quality Assurance to provide information, and ultimately high quality items on a timely basis that meet/exceed customer specifications to delight them.

-- 50%: CPG Sales analytics – Analyze distributor sales data to identify gaps in orders for stores versus their assigned POG items. This generates quick sales and long-term success for stores.

- Conduct reviews of distributor sales data to stores and identify gaps in product ordering. For small stores, contact stores via phone to spur orders. For larger chains, pass on information to OSI Sales Manager.

ESSENTIAL ABILITIES

-- Excellent analytic, problem solving, organizational, negotiation, planning, and people skills.

-- Ability to succeed in a multi-task, fast paced/dynamic environment.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

-- 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service or CPG sales.

-- Strong track record of success – consistently exceeding customer expectations.

-- Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with ERP and CRM systems.

-- Strong written and verbal communications skills.

-- Travel for Trade Shows (currently anticipated at 1 to 2 shows per year with approximately 4 days per show, though may vary depending upon company needs.)

EDUCATION

-- BA/BS in Business or related field preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS

-- Must use safe lifting techniques

-- While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, talk, hear.

-- Wearing personal protective equipment when in the facility is expected, as applicable, and following the required safety procedures.

-- Lift and move up to 35 lbs.

-- Exposure to spices, dust; variable temperatures; there may be exposure to chemicals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.25 - $40.87 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
