Are you an Affordable Housing Regional Property Manager? We are looking to add to our growing team! This position would oversee a portfolio including properties on the East Coast!
The properties and any additional properties will be project based Section 8 & LIHTC & other affordable programs. So it is essential to have solid experience managing multiple properties and staff. Property management teams are made up of a Property Managers and Maintenance staff who are responsible for the day-to-day operations.
~ EXPERIENCE - 3 + YEARS supervising multiple sites! Section 8 and/or LIHTC
~ Understand and follow the Federal & Local Fair Housing laws and rules
~ Exceptional organizational skills, time management and ability to work well independently.
~ Exceptional communication skills: calm, clear thinking, clear written and verbal interaction with staff, tenants, vendors and management
~ Ability to work well independently, on-time, excellent attendance, meet deadlines, excellent follow-through. Completing your own work accurately and on time.
~ Proven ability to successfully lead multiple property management teams to consistently perform at their best. Minimizing vacancies, delinquencies, meeting deadlines responding to resident inquiries and work orders quickly and keep customer satisfaction a priority.
~ Accountability - maintain high personal standards in own work and human interactions and expecting the same from staff. Able to coach staff to perform to the best of their ability.
~Ability to pass a criminal background is required.
~Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
