Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Proficient in 10-key typing and basic math calculations
- Previous experience in automotive sales or financial services is a plus
- Familiarity with loan processing, TILA regulations, and contract negotiation is preferred
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
