- Daily Operations: Lead morning meetings to foster clear communication and continual skill development. Conduct client visits to promote our services.
- Team Development: Hire and cultivate a sales team, creating an environment that motivates and drives high performance.
- Strategic Leadership: Stay informed on industry best practices to effectively drive team performance and sales outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to motivate and lead teams towards meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting base salary of $40,000 per year, with commissions that can bring total annual compensation to approximately $150,000.
