- Participate in site visits/walks. Take charge of on-site premise visits: Your persuasive skills are not just crucial in qualifying potential clients, but also in establishing meaningful connections. As a Manager, you play a significant role in shaping our business relationships.
- Design and win over clients: Collaborate with our Operations team to craft compelling client proposals highlighting the value of our services and technology platform.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Act as the primary point of contact before and during the pre-project phase and ensure impeccable customer satisfaction, promptly resolving any concerns or inquiries that arise.
- Cultivate enduring relationships: Foster solid and enduring relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and critical contact. This will increase client retention and expand our network of satisfied customers.
- Actively participate in RFP/RFQ processes. Submit Proposal work orders promptly and accurately, ensuring seamless communications through CRM and optimal collaboration within the team.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Must have security services sales experience with proven record.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce and others
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and industry insights
Qualification:
· At least 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the security industry.
· Must have access to own car.
· College Degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation: Base salary plus commission.
