The base pay is $35,000. 00 plus Commission, this means your income potential could be up to $100,000 the first year! We coach inside sales representatives to a successful career in the security and home automation industry! This position is based in the Charleston, SC area.

Inside Sales Representative Primary Responsibilities:

  • Produce leads and proposals for new sales by working a local territory
  • Produce proposals for new sales from company provided leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
  • Design systems to meet client’s needs largely through in-home consultations
  • Develop territory and build referral network to develop into new sales
  • Collaborate with internal team to ensure that all documentation is communicated properly and to customer's needs
  • Effectively use CRM system and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and key sales metrics

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

  • A team-player who has a desire to improve and progress in the position
  • A person who can demonstrates resiliency and can bounce back from rejection quickly
  • An outgoing personality that can quickly develop relationships and is comfortable closing a sale at the customer's kitchen table
  • 1-2 years prior sales experience preferred but we are willing to train the right individual
  • High level of comfort in using computer systems within a sales environment (Microsoft Outlook, Excel required), previous experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent, continued education a plus
  • Valid drivers license with reliable transportation required
  • Strong customer service skills
