Job Description
Louisiana Fireworks, one of the region’s premier fireworks retailers, is looking for an energetic, person with leadership skills to become a regional manager based out of Denham Springs, LA.
The Regional Retail Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing all Retail Tent Sales operations and locations in their area. Additionally, they will support efforts as needed, with retail building operations. These duties include but are not limited to:
- Make sure all tent supplies are ready prior to delivery dates.
- Complete all preseason tent location preparation. This includes: utilities are turned on where applicable, lots are mowed and clean.
- Make sure lots are marked and ready for tent installation.
- Support in identifying and hiring of location operators
- Coordinate logistics of all fireworks deliveries to tents.
- Monitor compliance with inventory management procedures by tent operators.
- Oversee route managers duties are being completed daily.
- Track progress and completion of locations closing and final counts.
- Conduct end of season settlements with tent operators and Route Managers.
- Ensure all tents were picked up.
- Make sure all leased properties are returned to their original condition – trash picked up, stake holes filled, utilities turned off, etc.
- Assist and support retail building operations as needed
40-50% travel is to be expected during the course of a year.
Retail experience and or fireworks experience is preferred but not required.
Annual compensation will be both salary and commission based.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
