Position Overview:

We're on the hunt for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to be a key player in our dynamic team. As a BDR at Zidy.com, you'll spearhead the identification and qualification of leads, focusing on booking meetings that pave the way for successful sales. Responsibilities:

Lead outbound prospecting efforts to uncover new opportunities, prioritizing the booking of qualified meetings for our Account Executives (AEs).

Qualify leads by understanding their needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with our solutions and services.

Cultivate relationships with prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings and guiding them through the sales journey.

Collaborate closely with AEs to coordinate and prepare for meetings, ensuring a seamless handoff and providing ongoing support.

Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meeting bookings through proactive outreach and engagement.

Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

A proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, showcasing your ability to drive results.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and build lasting relationships.

A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with the drive to achieve and exceed targets.

The ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, combining remote work flexibility with in-office collaboration.

Experience with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.

Candidates must be based in or near Portland, Oregon.

Competitive base salary of $2500/month plus commission.

Uncapped earning potential with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $70,000+.
