Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Inside Sales Executive to join our team and work closely with our C-level executives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional intelligence, steep learning curve, superb communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. As an Senior Inside Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating our value proposition to potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products

-Proactively reach out to c-level executives at companies to introduce them to our platform and demonstrate its value proposition.

-Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of joining YupUp.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly

-Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities

- Utilize technology tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

- Proficient in using CRM software or other sales tracking tools

-Excellent communication skills with a strong command of grammar and vocabulary.

-Proven track record in inside sales or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.

-High level of motivation, resilience, and determination to succeed.

-Experience in cold calling and prospecting, preferably in a B2B environment.

-Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
