Shift Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in 200-300 calls per day, reaching out to merchants to discuss financing options.
• Collect updated documents and assist closers in streamlining the financing process.
• Thrive on inbound leads and utilize our extensive database of clients to secure financing deals.

Requirements:

• A powerhouse on the phone with the ability to engage and persuade.
• No specific state licensing required for this position.
• Ready to hustle in the dynamic pace set by a team that brings the NYC drive to Miami.

Compensation Package:

• A competitive base of $250, plus commission splits ranging from 25-40% based on production volume.
• Commission and bonus potential from $40,000 on the low end to an impressive $80,000-$125,000 at the high end, depending on performance.
