TITLE: Sales Representative
COMPANY: City Brew Coffee
DEPARTMENT: Roasting/Wholesale
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time
GENERAL HOURS: 8AM-6PM / 8 hour shift
STARTING WAGE: $18.75 per hour
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Commission pay and bonus opportunities
BENEFITS: Health Insurance coverage, 401K plan (when eligible), advancement opportunities
REPORT TO: Account Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serving new and existing customers by selling products and services offered by City Roasting LLC (City Brew, Colter Coffee and other affiliated brands). This is a service and sales position assigned with the responsibility of managing outside accounts. Product and service problems will resolved by providing information and performing or dispatching appropriate solutions. New sales leads will actively be pursued, organized and managed in an effort to grow sales. Growth will also be expected in existing accounts through insightful and strategic customer assistance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop strategies, have attention to detail and handle multiple projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Must possess problem-solving, implementation, organization, customer service, and team-building skills
  • Good time management
  • Able to deliver product, perform customer service and sales visits, and run errands in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Must be outgoing and professional
  • Able and willing to travel, with access to a reliable vehicle (Vehicle inspection may be mandatory)
  • Functional computer skills
  • Service and sales experience is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for regular account visits as well as identifying and resolving customer concerns as they arise
  • Maintain positive account relationships and work to build customer business and successes
  • Engage in the growth and acquisition of outside accounts, as well as retention of new accounts, through phone calls and in-person visits
  • Deliver product to accounts in the Billings area
  • Develop and maintain current and potential customer files.
  • Actively seeks methods to improve sales capture, performance, products, processes, and training
  • Assist in the management of equipment inventory, and oversee third-party installation and maintenance
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Required to sit, stand, bend, and be able to functionally lift up to 50 lbs.
REQUIREMENTS: Driver's License, Willingness and ability to travel, access to reliable vehicle
