Disc and Belleville Inc. is a distributor of Specialist washers located in Niagara Falls, NY. We serve customers in a broad spectrum of industries, from coast to coast and are expanding rapidly. We offer quality products at competitive prices.
Inside Sales representative
- Answer customer emails and phone calls. Provide quotation to customers. Follow up with emails and phone calls. Maintain and update Microsoft Business Contact Manager.
- Research internet to find prospects for the products. Contact and introduce them to company and product information.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Receive and ship parts. Create shipping labels. Provide tracking information to customers.
- Assist in performing quarterly physical inventory
- Assist with mailbox operation on site.
- Any other duties, as assigned.
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft office
We are open to hiring and training a recent graduate who is looking to make a career in Industrial Sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
